Description

A great way to celebrate the animals in your life. Each box is constructed from a wood of your choice, features a 9x6.5x13.5cm interior space, decorative leather band and 4 pairs of high strength neodynum magnets to hold the lid securely.

The lid features a 10x14.5 cm marquetry panel constructed from thin veneers of various NZ, Australian, and exotic timbers. Each piece of veneer is carefully selected for color and grain to give the best possible representation of your pet. The time, care and attention involved in carefully cutting and assembling the image entirely by hand (no power tools here) make this a true work of craftsmanship to adorn any home.

Images should be at least 500px wide by 750px tall and clearly show the head and shoulders of the animal. The marquetry pattern will be taken directly from the image provided so ensure that you are happy with the pose before submitting. A render of the converted image will be sent to you for approval before the marquetry work is started, at which point the construction fee becomes non-refundable (assuming approval is granted).
